Dark Side Of The Spoon was founded in 2018. Originally CAFE AT THE END OF THE UNIVERSE had big plans to do desserts. However the market setting meant this wasn’t possible initially. When the opportunity arose we jumped at the chance to set up a second business and start making awesome pop culture inspired desserts to accompany our awesome burgers.
